Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows as a teenager. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she continued her path from last year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. At the end 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition after earning her pro card to finish her college education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she placed third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in The Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. Ariel competed against the best of top athletes. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It is a combination of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, as well as sitting rows. Warming up is usually done before the workout. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. She does this by super creating all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week, with one day being a lightweight day, as well as the second days heavy weight.
